It looks fine two days ago now two of its four leaves are bright yellow that can't be good can it?! It a new plant, planted about a month ago and in that time I've had a new shoot appear an grow very well.
Is it on its way out or can I save it?!

What growing conditions is it in? Has it had enough water/ light etc? Hopefully its still savable.

It's in the ground, sheltered position, some sun/shade.

Did you add any manure? It's been pretty hot recently, so they may just need a good water?

Yes the compost is made from chicken poo amongst other things. Have been watering it but it's rained recently so I haven't done it for a few days.
I have heard of crown rot but the crown - which is tiny is above ground.

Give it a good soak, not just a sprinkle.

Will do! I did notice a new sprout emerging this morning so will keep on with the watering.
