This a Phlox cross and american introduction I think. called Blueberry.There is also a cabernet. I have downloaded a picture for you but not sure how to get it from my pictures to the forum. Hope that helps and by the way the photo shows it quite small and spreading.

Is its the same photo as in the links above, wollyanna? I presume the one you've found is a flower and definitely not a fruiting blueberry>

It has a reddish tinge to the leaves that i never noticed before, have taken some pics, just working out how to post them

Thanks for the advice Bigmally and it does appear to be the same plant but different picture.
