Fruit harvest this year?

Is there anything I could sow/buy and get a harvest this year. I know strawberries. I have in my mind things take a year or so (or more) to get a reward back.

Anything annual, like melons, watermelons, and cape gooseberries.

Autumn Raspberries fruit on new growth.

I got a small amount of fruit from a Tayberry and Loganberry in year 1 but they don't really come into their own until the next year as they fruit on the previous year's growth like a summer Raspberry.
