Battle to keep allotment

My council have all gone quiet AP, however we have normally had the rent letter by now and there is no sign of them!! I am waiting for this as this is the letter that will tell me what percentage the rent has gone up by, when i have this i have all the evidence that they have upped the rent to cover their costs ( this i have in black and white from a councillor), then i will contact my household insurance to speak with a solicitor ( i have legal cover) and hopefully get the ball rolling

does the legal cover attached to a household insurance policy cover that sort of dispute?
