Just incase anyone is interested.
I called to my local Lidl yesterday & they had some shredders in @ �79.
They looked great and came with a collection box that just slid underneath the shredder.

I think I'll avoid Lidl for anything more complex than a banana ... their lawnmower lasted less than a year before a wheel sheared off, and their shower head I got last month doesn't let hot water through it.
On both occasions they've refused to refund me.

Good luck with the shredder though!

Oh, and their bike lights wouldn't fit any of our (four different) bikes.
