+6.5 here this morning with lovely blue skies...almost spring like

Morning all, not springlike here but no new snow overnight and rainng. Bin collectionn today so had to plouter through 15" or so of snow to get the bin to the pavement. Anyway tis done and the bin lorry probably won't turn up. Think I'm having a half empty glass day.

Went a bit mad with my credit card over the weekend: beehives, flower seeds and then veg seeds and potatoes. I didn't really need the most expensive shallot sets I've ever seen, or the fancy salad mix... Mr Snoop was very gracious. He looked at the computer screen and said "How much?" in a state of shock. And then added "Sorry, none of my business. I shouldn't have looked". Got me a top husband there!

Better keep my purse locked up for the next month.

Anyway, feeling like I really want to get going now, despite the fact that it's Monday. Can't help but think the combination of drizzle and sunny spells so far this morning is just what the weeds ordered.

So, on with the show. Hope you all have a jolly day today.

No sun here, just a totally grey sky and 4 deg.
Snow still lying in places but I am going out walking anyway.

Good afternoon, its the same here bramble, but at least no rain, was out a walk with the dog earlier and found a good sized log, so have that to saw up after, and once I was back home found that I had a delivery of decking wood some sheets of plywood and a large bag of sand, so started to shift it just to discover the planks are covered in ice and by the time I was finished my hands were frozen, OH has one of those warm fleece jumpers and I thought I would use that to heat up my hands, and she went ballistic, mind you she was wearing it at the time

Small Pumpkin where do you sail into when going to Fort William, and Snoop Puss you have highlighted a problem with the internet, when OH and myself go out shopping we always walk hand in hand, that stops her going into her purse too often, if she ever starts internet shopping I will need to find a way to stop her spending too much, and one final question FF what game is it you play when you get into your PJs

Good evening, was in the greenhouse for a time and made a start to my new propagation bench, all I need to do is tidy up a space for it but I think that will take a bit of time, thought I was finished at GDs but now volunteered to fit a washing machine, I'm going out tomorrow to look for a full time job oh no I can't go tomorrow I'm watching the grandchildren. Well its now heavy rain just hope it goes off again, with all the snow and now rain we could finish up with some flooding, right off to have a read remember to pass on a smile. Goodnight
