I woke up to a black sky and then it lashed rain.
It's stopped just now and the cloud has broken up a bit
But it's pretty miserable out there.
Off to church and no idea what to do with the day.
May go to the cinema with granddaughter.

No rain today, fairly warm at 19C. Strawberries in flower but nothing fertilised yet. On the other hand strawberries were on sale last week in supermarkets.

Council must expect cold night. Two gritters gone by in matter of minutes.

Brilliantly sunny but cold day but spent most of it watching some very good Davis Cup tennis. Wish I could lip read Spanish. There were some heated exchanges between Spanish Captain and umpire. Clowns don't have Hawkeye!

Was a very rough day, but ploughed in where needed! Made a couple of "Executive Decisions" that I think won't have pleased everyone!

But what was done was done! I'll answer to it in the morning!

But Back on track!

But on a gardening point of view, have moved on a couple of my favourite shrubs so not all wasted!

Evening all, turned into a chores day. Hubby went off watching airplanes, and it's amazing how much gets done when you are on your own.
VC would be proud of me, cuphoards, wardrobes and drawers sorted out and cleaned up.

We went to the cinema to see The Greatest Showman.
Great movie full of singing and dancing.
A real feel good feel good film.
Granddaughter loved it.
Home now and making dinner.

Good morning. Looks like I'm the first one here today. That's unusual. Anyway, I want the flowery wellies. Not bothered about the frock, but definitely the wellies: it's still raining. Only 10 litres/mm so far, but all very good steady rain that's soaking in. The dirt tracks are like soup, though. So I'm staying in today.

Good morning,its frosty with a cloudy sky here, but not sure what the temp. is at the moment I am making the porridge, thunder I will get ready to go outside, busy day today , walk the dog then pre pair granddaughters flat for painting before picking up the boy's from school, I don't know how I had time to work in the past.
