What made me happy this weekend was being able to get our and fill my new veg trug.

In general it's finding a new hobby in gardening, where unlike the wider world, there is no name calling, no one ridicules what you do or try. all the forums and groups I belong to, people are friendly and pleasant to each other, happy to pass on advice, tips and knowledge. who are happy just to share a common interest.

If more people in the world could be like that, maybe it wouldn't be such a bad place!

Last week one of the chaps reported his telescopic ladder was getting the worse for wear, not bad for a five year old piece of kit used every day.

Today received a letter form the supplier, urgent recall, total refund, so its back with the old, out with the new, NO cost............................
