Morning everyone. Flippin typical I was going to spend the day at the allotment and its raining. Hopefully it was stop soon as I really need to make a start on it.
Might go into town and see if Wilkos have their sale on here yet.

Afternoon all,4 banana cake's done,am well pleased,taste nice when hot,hum hum,another taste test later when cooled off ,we got the rain,the good bit about it is,i have to stay in and give me body a rest,look after yourselves folk.

Sowed two rows of Wallflower seed.,I know its a bit late but hopefully they will catch up.
All my tomatoes and chillis seem to be ripening together now. Feel a pickling day coming on.

Afternoon All. Haven't been around much for a couple of days, busy making a website for the lotty association. It's just stopped raining for now so will pop down and pick something for tea.

Still raining here. I know I said I could relax, but I'm bored now. Think I'll start sewing my squares together. Been surfing all day for roses - wish someone had been interested enough to post on the thread Just found out we have a lodger next week while my daughter is on holiday in Scotland

Sometimes I think I live in an alternative universe. Took a friend to see his children today. Early start. Stopped off on the way back as I had to drop into my local surgery so I left my friend in the bar of a local pub. He had a beer and I ordered a white coffee. The barman looked a bit bemused, went away and came back with 2 boxes, one labelled Latte and the other Capuccino. Which one did I want? Errrm, try black coffee with milk in it.

Is it me? Oh and the beer was undrinkable and tasted as if the pipes hadn't been cleaned since the year dot.

Had a gardening free day(well nearly, had to water and pick some tommies) and went hill walking in Perthshire up above Loch Tay, just got back to the car when the heavens opened, will try and post some pictures later.

Evening all. I must admit I have been a bit bored today. Went into town and got told what I already knew. So got no further just more forms to fill in. The shops had no interesting sale stuff. I did get Will a new top for �2 so that was a good buy.
Came home had dinner then been on line then done some jobs for my mom. Could of gone through my seeds but am expecting some more through the post soon so I need to stash them away somewhere different.
Then that's about it for today. At work tomorrow morning so might get to sneak off down to the allotment tomorrow afternoon.
