First a big THANK YOU for all your good wishes you will be glad to know they worked the magic.
Had the day off work so rose later than normal, opened my cards and pressie's and am now the owner of some very nice ports.
Went to my favourite local the Woodlark at Lambley at lunch time with SWMBO and had a few hours eating, drinking and chatting with friends, the sun shone so we could all sit outside and listen to the birds singing. When I got there I found out that the son had preloaded SWMBO's purse and I wasn't allowed to pay for anything.
Best of all as it was my 70th SWMBO agreed to go to the bar to fetch me a beer, something she never normally does, in fact she never normally has any money on her when she is with me AKA 'WALLET'
All in all a great day and your good wishes make it even better.
