Since the family have moved to Ireland, and I'm still stuck here for a couple of more weeks (and being left with a wee portable telly) - I've been getting stuck into a few of these on a night time (on my phone).

Just finished all of the 'Muddy Bootz' videos - a great watch. I can really recommend his site for anyone that has an allotment/greenhouse/back garden.

Is it the same Muddy Bootz that posts on here ?

Sean's Allotment is by far the best IMO, especially with Rusty the cat and Viv alongside. Muddybootz is also very good but I get terrible envy watching his perfection.

I tend to neglect watching GW these days because A: It's so shallow and contrived in comparison and B: Get tired of the usual BBC prioritizing spot over it.

Yep, I agree Marbs - I've just had a wee rant over GW on some other thread.

I dip in and out a bit.....

https://youtu.be/WxJ3VSJR2zM I really liked a lady who had a channel called Titlis busy garden.

She did a couple of years of videos, but after getting online abuse she stopped, she had quite a quirky style, but I found it very addictive.

I also enjoy another called Sarah the Gardener, she's in NZ, and grows veg.

Just remembered Jane Kelly https://youtu.be/pSnCYEsIgnA she has an allotment...

And Nora and Brian's allotment channel.... https://youtu.be/SfSbIQe2Wj4

And then there mick allotment, he took on an over grown mess last year.. https://youtu.be/J_NxYC7rDL4

I also dip in and out of UK based you tube gardeners, but at least one comes across as quite the ego.....

Brilliant seasprout - I'll check those links in a bit (I've got to get up to my 'neglected' plot now).

Anyway, I was browsing around Tony's Allotment this morning.

Wow - that Welsh boyo does some great stuff !!

                    Totally inspiring.

Seeing this thread has been raised from the dead, I must admit my tastes have changed a bit.

Jim's Allotment - the guy churns out about 4 videos a month, great advice and normally tries to answer all viewers queries from their comments.

Michael Brotherton - I watch really for his skill and precision on areas such as making raised beds, fencing, compost bins, etc. I think last year was his first on his allotment, so his growing was a bit of a 'hit and miss' - which is to be expected.

Mrs Doyle's garden, Nora Hepburn (I think it's called) and a few others I can't remember at the moment are current favourites.

I made the mistake of criticising one of the 'Hortchannel' vids one time :eek - Christ, his loyal sycophants really crucified me.
(However, I do find the guy a bit of a subscriber chasing, junket/freebie grabbing, sell-out).
