I'm with you SP, I have an iron that hasn't been out of its box.
When our daughters iron breaks down I just give it to her and then buy another one for emergencies lol.

It looks like irons are near the top of the list, I can't remember the last time I used mine.

I have a biscuit jointer. Saw Norm Abraham from the New Yankee Workshop use one and thought that's a must have. That was a few years back. I have used it once

Why would you need to joint a biscuit?!?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Mine has to be a iron. I cannot think of anything else.

It's just pointless the iron and I hate having to iron when I am doing the service users laundry.

                          Pasta Maker
I really, really, really wanted one as I thought it would make making pasta easier - nope.

Tried securing it to the table several times and it just fell over.

Solution was the tried and tested rolling pin.
