    The rules have been accepted as the industry norm. No one is allowed to defecate in the open leaving the remains uncovered its a sure way of spreading disease.

    It really does depend on how far you want to take it, you could of course go political and involve your local councillor and MP.

      I will have to hope Health and Safety will deal with it, they won't reveal who made the complaint to the new neighbours. We don't want to fall out with them as things could get nasty. I am going to email H&S again this evening as no WC has turned up yet. The horror on the other side of the bank appears to have at least ceased and recent downpours have cleared things up somewhat, but I'm not going to let up until I can see some changes happening. The health risks are really scary.

        Just to let you know Potty, I have written to our local government minister. Sometimes you have to stand up for your rights and not be worried or afraid of what others will say.
