Afternoon everyone, got Harry home last night. All shaved here and there where they had to put drips in looks a lot better than when he went in though. Why do they always end up filthy when they have spent a night in the vet, and how are you supposed to clean an ill dog? Eaten a little chicken but he has to take two liver supplement tablets at the same time each day the only thing is they are like horse tablets! Tried wrapping in chicken but they end up too large...split them and spread contents on meat but they stink so much even I can smell it so no chance he is going to miss it. Back to the drawing board.

Hope you all have a lovely time in puppyland or wherever you spend tonight...hope it's not too snowy or icy. Temperatures have risen way up here and it's now raining and a wee bit windy, not a nice day if you are celebrating New Years!

Good evening. Got the good news today, me and my fella have got our 1st flat together, we move in on Monday.

Downside is that it does not have a garden. But that's not going to stop me from growing things on nearly every windowsill in the place

Time to open a bottle of wine, drink anyone?

Tried scareys idea only in reverse! Little pieces of ham one after the other in quick succession then the one with the horse pill...bingo it worked! Harry doesn't even know he has been tricked into taking his meds!

Poor little Petal has a hurt paw - she limps on the front right leg. Been to the vet this evening - nothing obviously wrong so it is painkillers for her, and I have to try and stop her charging around and rest her leg. My poor baby.
