A little rain overnight but all it did was increase the humidity, really uncomfortable night in bed due to the heat, 20.5 in the garden at the mo?

The garden got a big watering I know.
New shed did not leak which is a bonus.

Morning, howling gale and torrential rain last night, rain which is still persisting down at the moment!! Was well prepared though and protected all my toms and beans. Bit chilly too. Can't get myself going this morning for some reason. Doing a Nicos and getting the ironing board out this morning...my favourite chore, I don't think. And talking of Nicos, enjoyed the rant this morning! Have a Happy Friday everyone.

Morning all!
It looks like it's going to throw it down out there but I think a day indoors will be good. I'm going to have a quiet day in making cake decorations. I may even be brave enough to show them off later. I want to try something different c'mon rain, it will give me the excuse I need. I really don't want to do the washing.

Managed to finally get back to sleep after Hibou's attempt at breakfast in bed

We've got very fine drizzle on and off, not enough to stop gardening though.
Looks like come rain or shine we'll be collecting the last of our black cherries from up the top of the tree, so many are tantalisingly just out of reach!
Good job OH has gibbon like arms! ( don't tell him I said that!)

Looks like I'll be jamming, bottling and freezing for the rest if the day!
