My dad inherited a farm workers cottage and sold it in 1960 ish for Ł900. In 1996 it sold for Ł250,000 Mind you they had tarted it up a bit.

I will never know why he sold it because in 1972 I got married and had no home!!!

Maybe in 1960 ish he dint know you were gonna get wed 12 years later..................although granted he should have known it would happen one day.......As you were.........
