I've just had a tasty pasta dish I turned off the pasta (still very al dente) when I meant to turn off the sauteeing mushrooms and mangetout. Carbonised veg leave a lot to be desired - but I was sooooooooooo hungry I had to eat some. Yuk
Another glass of red is needed to take the taste away

Evening All. Rain threatening still, but no downpour yet, so just back in from watering. I put the hose down when little water was coming through because of a kink behind me, bent to straighten it out, turned back around and of course I got a full on shower. Wish the girls had been here, they'd have been in fits

Rosie is feeling bouncy tonight so I have had to take her for her third walk of the day - in the rain. Managed a trip to the plot and harvested some more broadies and my first earlies before the rain started so I have a bed for planting out ready watered

Almost home, about 90 mins to go....absolutely starving but not going to succumb to one of those nasty train sandwiches.

Got a nice broccoli quiche and new pots calling my name.....and as I never went near the bar in the hotel I might have to pop a cork as well

The Hampton court ticket, was a 'courtesy ticket' from last year, when my friend couldn't go, they sent me 2 for this year, very kind.

Wisley is with the 'volunteer ' garden group I work with, so very nice, just happens to be both trips in less than a week.
