Morning all!

The novelty of having a lie-in on a Monday morning will take a while to wear off.

It's a lovely morning here after quite a chilly night (went down to 11c in the greenhouse). The lovely Carol on BBC Breakfast has promised us a nice sunny week getting warmer as the week goes on, so I might even tackle another bit of the jungle at the bottom of the allotment once I run out of weeding and watering!

Yep, NS - picked mine up yesterday It comes in a tiny box, I was really surprised.

When it eventually wears off Martin you can go to the next phase ...... Sitting looking out the front window with a nice hot cuppa watching the commuters heading off to their places of wage slavery,for best effect do it on wet/Winter mornings

You know how to rub it in, VC - it has been Monday today, as well I think you know!

Just debating whether to
(a) go to the Hill to see what damage the slugs have done since yesterday (and if I do go, whether to go by foot (have already run today), bicycle (would need to pump up tyres etc) or car (not justifiable to drive 3 miles just to have a look round))
(b) finish briefing out a job to a sub contractor
(c) go up to Aldi for catfood (have run out - need to do this!) and milk
(d) run the June sales invoices as it is the last day of the month, and the bookkeeper is in tomorrow.(zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)
(e) sow some Cosse Violete beans in a pot to fill in the gaps where they have been slugged.

Hmm. Coffee whilst I decide, I think.

(f) rack the rhubarb wine and the parsnip wine
(g) fill in an official form for the Office of Men With A Lot Of Paper

At least I have enough milk (just) for the coffee, although Domino cat is telling me in no uncertain terms that there is not enough cat food for tea.
