New family member!

Hi all , I know my posts have been erratic due to stuff happening here but thought I'd share pics of my puppy! He is a black cockapoo and totaly adorable. We're on day 3 and have managed to get king of the house tabby to touch noses with him and back settled on my lap in the evening. Very happy about this as I was very worried about upsetting my cat even more after the loss of my oh.
It's been lovely , as always to pop on here and read what everyone's up to even if I don't post too often . You're all so entertaining!
All puppy hints and tips will be welcome!

You 2 are early birds! I'm afraid it's getting harder the nearer to christmas we get but lovely grandson and new puppy are good distractions and reason to get on with stuff .
Puppy, jasper, is very cute and totally adorable! Think he's going to be very good natured and at the moment terrified of my cat, which is as it should be ! He was here first.
