                      • going to civic amenity tip with used engine oil. Being helped by attendant with messy job of emptying containers.. Then seeing a lady attendant struggling with a bicycle which had a bungee wrapped around the shimano gears and being offered the bike which is in new condition for my better half for helping her untangle things. better half will be well pleased. Bike apparently taken to tip by someone in the oil industry who bought it in russia (wonder if it is a coincidence it is painted red?) and the labels are still on it. More money than sense if you ask me.

                        • Not having to argue to get antibiotics for my sinus/chest infection, and feeling better after only having taken 3. Fingers crossed it stays away after the full course

                          • A boiler break down yesterday, old dear suffering from the cold. Part ordered at 4-06 yesterday arrived at 11-30 today, lady now nice and warm.
