Cardiff air is a tenuous link, but I didn't take in any of it. The blushing, well. Less just say I'm glad I have healthy body image.

Evening all! It's my week of work, fantastic! I spent the first day in bed after having one to many pints last night and aggravating my POTS ... whoops one of these days I am going to learn.

Hoping to get some maintenance done in the garden this week, nothing to strenuous but I need to make room for some PSB, Kale and Chard.
