What is your Alarm?

Don't have to use my alarm so much these days, thanks to the kids (pity they don't recognise weekends tho )

But needed to be up early this morning, so set the alarm on my phone last night....

Needless to say I got a bit of a start this morning when I was awoken by the voice of Dougal from Father Ted excitedly acclaiming "Clint Eastwood has been arrested for a crime he didn't commit......................................NO, wait, its a film.......!! "


Had forgotten I had downloaded an app with a range of his insane quotes...............

So what's your alarm ?

Mines a clock that makes a horrid beep noise so I always wake up 5 to 10 mins earlier that way I can switch it off before it annoys me.

My husband is my alarm clock. When he's too uncomfortable to stay in bed I have to get up to help him get up. Sometimes, once he's settled downstairs with everything he needs, I'll go back to bed. I tend to get forced out an hour or so later by the furry Day Shift who want their bed back.....

Local radio station as I can't stand the buzzer noise. But I usually wake up in plenty of time - just if I'm asked to come in early for a caesarian section I have to set it - I don't voluntarily do 5.30 am.

Today the dog woke me up at 3.45 and couldn't get back to sleep, managed an hour after Mr W got up, might have to find a dark cupboard this afternoon................................

Daylight, that is my alarm, I wake around dawn at the moment. In the summer I shut the curtains.

I have a horrid buzzer alarm on my clock set to go off at 5.30am but like Bren and BM I always seem to wake up 10 mins before it goes off... I do so hate that sound!
