woohoo - ive finally got an interview

Yep after sending loads of CV's out over the last couple of months its finally starting to pay off - last week i handed in an application form into morrisons (they put up a poster saying that morrisons is a great place to work for...., and at the bottom in small letter it said 'if you are interested please pick up a application form from customer services. But the women on customer services said that she didn't think they wanted staff, but to get an application form from online and to hand it in.

Anyway, i filled it in, not expecting them to get back to me. But on tuesday they phoned me asking me to come for an interview this friday - so hopefully my luck will last a little bit longer

Anyway sorry to ramble on - but i had to get it out!

I know thats the worst part, it wouldn't be as bad if they just sent out a letter saying 'sorry you've been unsuccessfull' - it wouldn't take them much effort would it.

Sadly it might, a job advertised locally recently got 5000 applicants, 5000 second class stamps for a start and then how long would it take?
On the flip side of that, we had 4 interviews booked at work today, only three people turned up.
