But seriously folks......... I have one and it is an iconic bit of kit.........they use them on the Hollywood Bakeoff you know.
I have found that when using for kneading bread the motor can get a bit hot after 10 minutes kneading........
Works a treat though........even Nigella has one.

Crabbies is ginger wine and alcoholic. Ginger beer is just pop! This was Idris Fiery in a can - I was in the hotel/pub where the caravan is - trying not to get roped into the skittles tournament (and free Nosh afterwards). I normally walk there but I was late as usual!

I just would be wary of the 300w. Doesn't sound powerful enough to me. My food thingy is 600 and it would stuggle with less power.
