Going to the doctor this morning to find that they now have a big screen tv in the waiting room that plays adverts on a loop. The ones about giving up smoking and getting your vaccinations updated were fine. There were two commercial ones as well - for the local pub and a 'pay day loans' company. Because both of those are going to be *really* good for your health and wellbeing, aren't they?

I need epsom salts..........go over the chemist in the rain , they don't have it. Drive to B&Q , they don't sell it. Drive to Tesco , they've run out and there is difficulty getting it...............What are my toms to do now
