                          Sons who forget your birthday and text "are you awake?" at 5.45. Then phone at 6 to say "I thought today was the 5th".

                                Slugs and snails! Am I growing food for me/my family/other people or am I just growing a selection of nosh for the nasty, slimy veg destroyers that inhabit the garden?

                                My defences had been working well, but the current weather has just overwhelmed them and I've been invaded!
