Bloomin' hard! Especially when two of the panel are people you know and are younger than you and came into the job after you. I was paranoid that they just felt sorry for me but have been assured that equal op's means they have to point an interview and not just give it to the biggest sob story.

No, I'm waiting on the letter to confirm an induction day. I also assume that I won't be able to start properly until my CRB is done. There's a fair amount of training I need updating though, so I guess that will start soon.
