Here we go again...Having an operation on Tuesday ... Bleurgh.

The fact I'm having the operation is a good thing (I had to get a second opinion in order to get to this point),... but as the day gets closer I'm getting more and more stressed about it. I'll be a total basket case by Tuesday.

However, you all kept me occupied with your lovely/funny posts last time, so I'm hoping you'll oblige me again this time

How long are you in for PB and is it a general or a local anaesthetic?
Can you take your laptop with you?

It's day surgery under general anaesthetic. I have to book in at 7.30 am. Last time I was home by 2pm, but sound asleep on the sofa til about 9pm!
