But that is incorrect.
The 24 hour clock as is used by the military and all others always has four digits, this is for clarity during radio communications and to ensure correct timings. Everything with a 0 in front is am. the rest just follow.
If the artillery barrage is set for 0930 you wouldn't want to pop your head up thinking they meant 2130 or 0930pm.Potty by name Potty by nature.

I used to be really good at maths at school but the 24 hour clock really confuses me. I'm OK once we get onto the 20's but I teally can't work out the time when it's 15.45 for example. Have nearly missed numerous flights because of it. Good job I am always really early when flying.Dogs have masters, cats have slaves, and horses are just wonderfulComment
