We have no members of our families in the armed forces, but we do find it difficult to come to terms with when one of 'our lads or lasses' has been killed.

We only tend to hear of those killed, and not of those injured.

He's never been far away in my thoughts Jackie, I was wondering how he is. He must be a very strong willed young man, so we should all keep thinking positive thoughts for him.
