For the first time for months, my access to this forum is now normal using IE and talktalk. What did the techies do to improve things?

It doesn't matter what browser I use on talk talk to get on here as they don't work.
Sneeking on at the office again so I can keep up with what is going on.
I will try again tomorrow and see what happens.
        Potato videos here.

Mine was really slow first thing this morning, using Talktalk and Google Chrome. Seems to be normal speed now though.

It might be worth running a traceroute to this site, and then sending it into talktalk.. It's probably one of their euro routes. In a nutshell there may be issues if you see latency increase, or asterisks returned..

Start -> Run -> type in 'cmd', press enter (black command prompt window will appear).

            then type:

'tracert www.growfruitandveg.co.uk' (without the single quotes here and above).

You'll see something like (I've removed the start of mine to preserve local network privacy rules)
            ...
            11 10 ms 7 ms 8 ms xe-4-3-0-xcr1.lnd.cw.net [195.2.25.5]

            Trace complete.
Possible problems may occur in hop 12-13.. or whever it goes from the UK->Germany in your traceroute... depending on the ISPs connectivity, etc.

Explaining that it happens often (give details of times etc) may help them route traffic to the GYO hosts network differently. Might be worth also explaining that the email should be passed onto their networking team, rather than the bog standard support desk, as they'll not be able to help bar escalate the email.

Unfortunately, a lot of "buy in/up other network" ISPs are over subscribed, and have little / poor connectivity.
