If you are feeling like that Pisk; and I've worked from home for more years than I care to remember - just take 15 - go out for a coffee and a blow in the garden - and you will feel better when you get back indoors.

Especially useful during the autumn and spring; the summer and winter - not so for completely different reasons [too enjoyable for one, and frozen fingers for another].

Of course, it helps to get dressed first.

Today is a TOIL day for me so I don't feel guilty about
a - getting up only minutes ago
          b - still being pj-ed

I couldn't work from home on a regular basis as I'd miss the social contact of my colleagues added to which the sort of job I do would be very difficult to do totally remotely. Just like being with people too much and I don't think I'd want to mix up my home and workplace. That said, on the odd day I work from home (delivery arriving / that bad snow last year) it was fine and so may be I'd be good with a balance of a bit of both. Can't help with your problem though as I'd always run away from a job that did isolate me. OH always says a cup of tea is good in times of stress though so give it a try

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

                    It's actually quite calming.

Now, where did Mr Z hide those biscuits - I'm a bit peckish.

                              Right - that's it

I'm off to have a mug of tea and some biccies to dunk.

Spesh so Piskie doesn't have to do it.

                              ( I'm good like that!)
