Have put loads of veg on the shopping list but we have veg every day anyway.
Tonight will be hard as I raid the machine at work, usually a packet of crisps, a twirl and a roll of whatever is in the machine, not a lot of choice, and although there is a canteen and some healthy options, the person is always on her break when I have mine and gets shirty if you ask her to take your money. Will get something and take with me I think.
Will have a ww before I go to work.
Starting today with two weetabix no sugar and small amount of milk. I have run out of yogurt, I usually put that on top along with some fruit.


I think to myself - I only have to get through today.. and I think the same the next day too (and the day after)! Makes it feel manageable!
Three days of purgatory with a kebab to look forward to on Thursday!
