I've just taken my jeans in again: 9cm off the waist 
- drastically cut down the booze
- eating one pack of Belvita (or similar) for breakfast & lunch, normal healthy dinner
If I'm hungry between meals (not often) then I have a hot chocolate, a yogurt or a piece of fruit

A stone and a half has to come off. I'll have a look at the My Fitness thingy. I lost this stone and a half 5 years ago at WW - not happy I've found it again
