Why does it keep coming up "token expired" when i try and reply to some pm or some threads or reply to one of the social groups, it is getting too frustrating now

I have cleared my temporary internet files and for some reason it seems to work when i push the button (with the green arrows facing the opposite way) next to the web address. Totally frustrating and sometimes i just do not bother to post as it is too much hassle. but i am trying to persevere trouble is i am a bit of a technophobe, am ok with work related stuff but go into a melt down at anything technical.Comment
