Crikey - fingers crossed to the point of cramp here. Hope it's nothing Tammy, but if it's not then she's in the right place and you did the right thing.
We had a similar thing with Bean t'other night. We weren't sure if it was teething or what - bright red cheeks, crying with pain, temperature of 103, vomiting etc. Managed to cool him down and sooth him - got him in a tepid bath, gave him some baby Nurofen and he started to settle.
Was a very sleepless night that night.
Turned out to be the onset of a cold.
