Although there has just been an experty type bloke on the telly saying that they don't know who will get affected the most and that he's fed up with all the assumptions etc by people who should know better. OK, I've paraphrased him somewhat but he was clearly quite annoyed.

I think I heard him on the radio today

Oh well, I've had rare and wonderful diseases in the past that were practically impossible to get, so this one to my list seems way too easy - I only 'do' rare complicated illnesses, pregnancies, diseases etc etc maybe I'll have natural "You're too common for me you swine pig bird flu - so go away" immunity

Sorry I can't explain why it will affect the age range, my role is logistical not medical.

I only know that in the last 3 pandemics it was this range that had the most victims. Also Pandemics come round in 40 year cycles and we are over due one.
