Great news - time to get the pogo stick out NOT!

Did it smell when they 'unwrapped' it? I had one hand bandaged for nearly three weeks, and it started to smell cheesy like a sweaty foot - disgusting!

I've done it again :-(

I've just fallen over trying to get into the shed ... I dunno if i've done any more damage but i stood down hard on it several times and it f***ing hurts
There's a paramedic works on a plot across the way and he recommends goin home and trying ice and elevation, he says he can't feel anything out of place and A&E will be chocka.
Soooo pissed off, i shouldn't be allowed out

My friend did the same thing a couple of years ago and had to start over from scratch. Hope yours isn't too bad. Listen to good advice and rest.
