Unusual vessels for growing?

I used to stick a plant in just about any unwanted container. At our last house I had a pair of DH's old Rigger workboots with geraniums in them sat either side of the back door.

Reminds me of that song "seven drunken nights"........

Not a container but I spotted a neighbour throwing out this chair frame earlier and thought it would make a fun plant support. maybe for climbing squash?
