Fascinating program last night but I couldn't understand why anyone would volunteer to spend their time helping to build the house and pay for their food. Not my idea of a holiday!!

It's what the Straw-bale building people do too. Personally, I think it's a great way of learning new skills, at a fraction of the price of paying to go on a course! I'd do it. But I have been called mad on more than one occasion lol!Originally posted by Gwyndy View Post
