Evening, nice day but a cold wind. Down in Ayrshire for a couple of days. Arrived this afternoon and some of the daffodils are flowering! We don’t have that at home yet.
Glad to hear Mrs Rary is feeling better.
Reading about your biscuits, I’ve had a craving for a bounty for ages. Never in the shops. Walked into the supermarket today and voila!!!! Going to enjoy it. Well ok them!

We hit 18°C this afternoon with sunshine … forecast 19 for tomorrow still.
pity I was indoors all afternoon

We’re thinking a BBQ would be rather good tomorrow lunchtime once we hare back from helping with the house removal stuff.

Good morning.

Another sleepless night. I think I have managed a couple of hours. Since I woke up, and then realised that I wasn't getting back to sleep in a hurry, I've done several Duolingo Italian lessons. I'm on day 59 now.

I haven't given in to the lure of the fridge yet ..... the milk and chocolate orange bar are trying to tempt me.

I'm sitting up in bed and getting quite chilly now. I'm hopeful that when I snuggle back down under the covers it will feel so good that I relax and go back to skeep. I can only hope.

Morning all.

Another chilly night but should be a nice day. Could even eat lunch outdoors today, I reckon, except we'll be indoors in a restaurant, having a real-world get-together with two of Mr Snoop's Facebook friends. First time we've met these people, but not the first time we've met FB friends of his. These events always go really well, just odd knowing we'll probably never meet them again in person.

Better get on with things. With any luck I'll be able to finish a project before we go out. If I do, I reckon I'll deserve the rest of the day off.

Good Morning All Sunny here again too Bren. Of my many daffodils, few are floweing, particularly those in the tubs. I may have to think about replacing them if they've run out of steam. They have been there for a few years. Enjoy lunch Snoop.

Good afternoon.

Mr GF had an unexpected visit from a nurse from the memory clinic this morning. Although he has had significant memory problems for a decade or so, which his doctor has known about for a few years, he has never wanted a formal diagnosis. He now has one, not that he is aware of it..... He evidently had a brain scan last time he was in hospital.

The sun is shining here, and there are only a few scattered clouds in the sky.

Flo, your daffodils might just need a boost and be overcrowded. Don't cut them back, but feed them with tomato food every week or so until they turn yellow. When they die back completely, dig them up and replant them, spacing them out, for next year.

I did get some more sleep in the end last night, I am happy to say.

The Evri return went very smoothly. Their normal delivery driver collected it this morning.

Have been with the dog, not that she was up for it either.
I've just lit the woodburner of which she has lay infront of and am having a hot chocolate.
Biscuits have already been consumed today so no more.
