Good evening all.

All the items that I bought on the internet the other day have now arrived. Not only do they all fit, I actually really like them, and come warmer weather I now have one reasonably smart co-ordinated outfit. As this shopping spree has been such a success I must now try hard to restrain myself from a repeat performance. The main problem is I keep getting more "Sale" emails.

I hope that you've getting sorted out with your seat covers, Nicos. Over the years I've made lots for caravans and boats, as well as sail covers, curtains, and a wind chute, with varying degrees of success. Unless you've got an industrial sewing machine I think you're better with thinner fabric. I used to end up making pattern pieces out of newspaper and masking tape.

I think it's a dry day ahead though it's a bit windy. Heading to see mum, OH will be refitting a fireboard by her oil tank that must have blown off in the winds. I'm going to start a tidy up.

Morning all.

Another very frosting morning here. Getting up early is a good reminder to hold my horses and not to get sowing too soon.

Got the Sunday morning helpers arriving soon. They're doubly helpful. Not only do they get stuff done but they also give Mr Snoop a jolly boost.

As for me, I'm on the same as yesterday, domestics and paid work. In fact, exactly the same that I should have done yesterday but didn't. I ended up dozing most of the day away. Disgraceful. Better be a bit more productive today, that's for sure.

My news for the day?..Well , my son and his OH had their baby during the early hours…A little, healthy girl.
Mom and daughter doing well .
So - do raise a mug/ cup/ glass of something to them!

Right…I best dig out the baby photos of my son so they can compare.

Enjoy your day peeps….I’ll try and send some of our dryer weather with the smiles as they fly over…but they may well stop off en route to recharge their smiles and check out my new granddaughter

Good morning all, it's a bright sunshiney morning here, the temp is 10 degs.
Off to mass shortly and then grandson will be coming for lunch.
I might fit in a bit of time in the garden if the weather behaves.

I've just cleaned out a very dirty bird bath!

Good afternoon.

This morning just disappeared on me. I was awake for a couple of hours early in the night, but then slept until 10am. I'd just made us tea and coffee when my sister rang. We chatted for well over an hour.

What great news, Nicos💕

My next job is to wash my duvet cover. The cover from my half of the bed looks disgusting, lots of small brown stains. The result of my early hours snack of a glass of milk and the greater part of a chocolate orange bar I won't be attempting to dry it outdoors as, although it is windy, it looks as of rain is in the offing, just for a change.

Right off to get the washer earning it's living.

Congratulations to your son and DiL on the safe delivery of their new child, Nicos, and cheers to you with a mug of tea.

It's lovely to have a bit of mild weather, and sunshine too after the seemingly endless rain we've had this month. Certainly is February fill dyke this year!

Good afternoon, cloudy with occasional sunshine, was at che this morning then once existing one back home made lunch for the both of us, I then decided to put a light up outside, the existing outside light is faulty and as OH thinks I shouldn't be going up ladders I decided to fit one to the side of the garage, and no doubt OH will ask who sorted the light, then once OH is users to seeing the light come on I can then replace the existing one
Was out to the greenhouse for a wee while I covered a new shelf that I have made, with black polythene basically to allow me to use it as a watering tray as I prefer watering plants from the bottom, I will also start sowing some seeds this week and intend trying out the seed snail method which if it works will save a lot of space. Congratulations Nicos on your new granddaughter, wishing everyone well. Also something I need to ask you, I noticed you said in a post the other day here, that you had lots of Lego from your childhood, remember those wooden ones might be valuable nowadays, so check that out.
