Good morning all.

I had a quick look in at around 4.30am but all was quiet and I eventually fell back to sleep.

It feels chilly here but bright sunshine.

My new washer is arriving today, hopefully between 11am and 3pm. I did my last load in the old one last night with my fingers crossed. It didn't matter what I set it to it said it was doing a 1½ hour program at 40°C (which did however take about 2½hours). Can washing machines get mechanical dementia? I suddenly got worried that when it was eventually done it would refuse to unlock the door, but no it behaved and gave me my clothes back.

When I've finished my coffee I'll go and uncouple it as the delivery man is taking it away to recycle.

My new washing machine has arrived and is now connected up in situ. It says to run a cleaning program before first use. I'm going out shortly so I'll do that when I return. I've never had a machine with a cleaning program before. It sounds like a good idea. The weather forecast for the remainder of the week is good so it can start earning its keep when I've worked out which programmes will be most useful to me.🤯 I'm sure that there will only be be a couple of programmes that I'll use regularly.

Good day all,a late start again for me,but gave my hair a trim,and both look and feel better,the sun is shining but i feel a bit chilly,have a good jurney home bramble,hair looks nice FF,that was lucky with the washing GF hope your new one arrives ok,had tex message when i was asleep to say that i will have telephone call from the hospital next week ref my results,so it sounds like a storm in a tea cup,either that or my age group are not concidered worth spending time on,what a waste of time simply question and answer time,information that the GP should/would have given,it's ongoing things i want sorting out,still get coughing fits,my ears are bad,and crocky,and very tired out doing nothing,i burn oun out easy,it is not me at all,last night was intending to put some things away and came accross a box,i call my memory box,i shared looking at the contents with my MR when he arrived,how times have changed,i got a card from dad to mom,a receipt for the DR bill when i was born and cards congratulating my parents,keys from 21st it even still plays happy birthday,my wedding horshes ext,poems my sister wrote,and pictures i drew when 15 years old,my dads whriting on the back off of some to say all my own work for a compatition i entered,and bronze and silver swimming certificates,a badge for 100 mtr swim still in it's pkt unopened,did not do the gold,as my tummy and nerves could not cope with the diving part,when i last tried to swim aprox 3 years ago,i could not,i only float,it was nice looking at the nicer things from life gone,anyhow enough dreaming i have a few things to talk my self into doing,have a lovely day and send some sunshine to see Snoop

LD, hope you enjoyed looking through your memory box. When I cleared my mum's house, I found she had things going right back to my great grandmother. Even my gran's birthday cards from when she was one. And all the stuff of her own that you mention. It was nice seeing it. Some I kept and took up to her in her new home, but she couldn't possibly keep all of it there. It wasn't easy disposing of it. Glad you've still got yours.

As for the hospital, better they talk to you directly, even if it is over the phone, than they play Chinese whispers with the doctor. The people at the hospital might have a different set of questions too. And more importantly, you can ask them questions as well. So altogether better they talk to you personally. At least they're saving you a journey by dealing with this over the phone. Will your daughter-in-law be able to be with you on the day of the call?

Yes they will if i wish them to be,but should be ok on my own,as you say at least i will be spared the taxi fare and getting ready to go out,i will have to get a pen and paper ready for notes,and tell them them that my dads mum died of it years ago,thanks Snoop,

Good afternoon a nice sunny day again had a busy day yesterday finishing up with the garden club last night, and again have been busy today as well had to pick up youngest grandson from school and take him over to a orthodontist, then return him back to school , on the way back we picked up OH as I had promised to take her out, so once we dropped grandson off at school we then headed to a local farmshop which has a tea room where I helped her use a voucher we had received at Christmas form one of our children, I didnt ask whither it was son or daughter I had a dunny feeling that I would have finished up getting a lecture of not paying attention to who gives us what🙄 anyway had a nice lunch there, so then said I would take her for a wee run in the car, went to the local Tescos where I had to drive round about for a time,as they are relaying the surface of the car park so had to hunt for a parking space, somehow I dont think she was too impressed with what I considered a run in the car😟 while at the shop OH bought some flowers for the church, I helped her with the flowers to get back into her good books, at the moment the jury is out on whither I have succeeded or not, time will tell have a pleasant afternoon and keep smiling

Misty start to the day , but lots of sunshine promised, so we’re heading off to market soon so we can get stuck into the garden once we get back.
I’m getting aches on aches at the moment.
Forget about getting ‘ beach ready’…I must remember to try and get ‘garden ready’ next year!

I’ve kept a tray of tea and toast out for every one…plus a flask of coffee so help yourselves!

Morning all,it is chilly this morning,have put the heating on for a bit,thanks for the tray Nicos,just what what i need as the one i made myself has gone cold AGAIN,i am bad for doing that,i do not mind a cold coffee,but i now want a warm one,and some brecky,then some tyding up before i go out,the sky is begining to blue up and a brightness coming through,it will not be long before we all saying how hot it is this time off the day heheheh,also got some bread to do,how lax things can suddenly get,i have seen the smiles and just waved them off,What are you like Rary you make me smile young man,have a good day all,i know i will
