I am so Stupid but very Lucky

My niece phoned me this morning ' do you want to meet for coffee in Asda ' yes says me. Met her we did some crimbo shopping ( cant tell you what I bought ) went for coffe in Asda came out of coffee shop she decided she needed some bits and I forgot the milk. Went to pay AHG WHERE'S MY HANDBAG ? only went and left it on the back of the chair with my purse in, rushed over luckily it was handed in and taken to customer services. All was there ( not much money but bank cards etc ) The only question I was asked was what colour is it. I could have been anybody that had seen it handed in.

I am always doing silly things like that too.
They probably knew it had to be your handbag by the sheer PANIC on your face!

A restoration of faith in human kind though, which is always nice.
I left my wallet on the floor in a public toilet in Guernsey when I was a bit younger and a lot drunker, was most relieved (scuse the pun) to see it still there once I'd realised about an hour later.
