We got planning permission today for demolishing our horrid garage, building a wall that is the same as the original neighbouring wall and a garden room in place of the garage.

              On the down side

              No sun - no moon
              No morn - no noon
No dawn - no dusk - no proper time of day
No warmth, no cheerfulness, no healthful ease
No comfortable feel in any member
No shade, no shine, no butterflies no bees -
              NOVEMBER

Looking on the bright side, in about five weeks time we will be past the Winter Solstice, and shall all be looking forward to next year's crops, and hoping that the weather will be better that this year.

Yes! Result! OH has agreed to put the dogs on BARF diet. Decided against it when I first mentioned it a few weeks ago, but NOW when he has heard it endorsed by a top trainer on a radio show as good, he's all for it.
Who cares, he finally agreed and thats good for me and the dogs!!!

I have enjoyed the company of Madmax all week as he has had some time off.

The insurance company finally agreed with Madmax and I have my own pooter again to vine as much as I like

Sadly we lost Cardinal Puff Puff the third on Wednesday morning but by Wednsday evening we had upped our chook flock to 5 thanks to a replacement Warren for Puff and the introduction of two Australorp hens - Tweedledum and Tweedledee - we love hens!
