        • thing is tricky, we can all see that it could happen to any one of us ..... lots of us myself included see gardening/allotments as a way out of whatever problems we have, including depression ...... it is totally unfair .... and we are all gobsmacked that it's happened, it's our little bit of nature, and how dare some muppet take it away .... we're determined to get it back for you.

          keep your chin up

                • Hope you get a reply from the Council Tricky. What cr@ppy treatment you've received. I've not read all the thread but have you contacted your local Councillor? (If you're not sure who it is I'm sure its easy to find out.)

(Many moons ago) when I used to work at a local council the only way to really get the Bosses to jump was get a Councillor involved - you'd be surprised (or perhaps you wouldn't!) at how much more quickly things happened at the mention of a councillors name!

                    • Here's a list of NLC wards, with links to Councillors (and their contact details) for each ward - if you don't know your ward (their website link isn't working!) ring the NLC and ask.

Lol! (Irony time) If you're 'Kingsway with Lincoln Gardens' ward one of your councillors (Stuart Wilson (Labour)) is 'Lead member for Healthier Communities and Adults' - there's an email address for him & phone number!
