The Other Boleyn Girl - one of the Phillippa Gregory books. One of the best. Based on the perspective of Mary Boleyn.

Re-discovered James Herriot over the weekend, All Things Bright and Beautiful. Sooo funny!

Strange Incident of the Dog in the Night Time. Enjoyed that too - wasn't sure I would, going on the synopsis, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't remember the dude who wrote it though...

Mark Haddon wrote The Strange Incident of the Dog in the Night Time. I read that recently and thought it was really good. It was written really well, and from an interesting perspective (the main character is a teenager with Asperger's Syndrome). The chapter numbering confused me a bit at first!! I have another book written by Mark Haddon, but haven't got round to reading it yet.
