Everything is more expensive - mostly on the back of the fuel prices rising. Up here, deisel has hit £1.38 per litre and heating oil has doubled since February - now about 60p per litre.

Hi SR, hows the young un? You got our rain now then? Wish you'd have had it earlier, it was bucketing down hereabouts, impossible to dig anything! Hi Paulottie, not too bad, tho annoyingly wet!

Hi Petal, yup, prices are skyrocketing, yet the powers that be tell us inflation is only at 4%??????? I dont think so!!

Wow! A thousand brassicas, that's a lot of sulphur got to come out somewhere. Boy oh boy get some pegs ready for your nose.

Maybe for those with good health, but I had severely overdone it all weekend and now I am suffering the consequences - will I ever learn to take it steady? Back to pottering for me today or nothing further will be done all week!
