I did drive a 3lt V6 Shogun LWB Auto.....it was great like a little house on wheels. Also great when Safeway were doing the 20p per lit off the fuel cos it drank it.

But it had to go cos the radio broke so I am now driveing a Chevrolet Tacuma which is a clone of a Citroen Picaso only cheeper.

OK, I'm an airhead too - I'm not blonde either, more grey or silver. Used to drive an ancient VW Polo hatchback until it died on me. Then decided that it was a waste of time and money keeping a car that spent most of it's time sitting in front of my house.

I have a black vauxhall vectra estate which looks rather hearse like from certain angles.

I would love to drive a hearse. A 1954 Humber Pullman split screen limousine hearse... Or a '57 Cadillac. Or a '61 Lincoln Continental. Or a '51 Oldsmobile Super 88 (as in Jackie Brenston's Rocket 88). In the meantime 'Animal' will have to suffice... My good ole 260hp V8 SD1 Vitesse.

I drive an 07 Peugeot Partner van (deisel natch) and the wife has adopted my W reg Mondeo.
I also drive tractors - Ford and John Deere (the only area of my life where green beats blue every time), JCB's, mini diggers, rough terrain telescopic handlers and quads - but only other peoples !!

I don't drive anything Heywayne. I live within a 2 minute walk of a bus stop, and can get a bus to just about anywhere I want to go.
My husband drives a Vauxhaul Vectra. Can't find much to recommend it. But there you go.

Finally managed the make of my dreams this year after thirty years of yearning. LandRover Freelander 2.2L diesel, with a towbar replaced our Peugot 406 with a towbar.

After a fifteen minute undoing of bits and taking out the cargo guard and dog cage it swallows seven foot fence posts with ease, the rubber boot mat is happy with everything, except dogs with diarrhoea and an excellent aim for the gap ! Wire tent pegs and kitchen roll followed by flash wipes seem to have removed the hum.
Trailer what trailer, two ton limit is way over my little trailer.

Heated seats, never had them before, should be available on the NHS for all back problem sufferers.

I have the choice of two cars, my own S reg Astra Sports which I love (okay, I'm the saddo who cried when she got home from work to find some g*t smashed the front bumper off - I blamed it on the pregnancy hormones at the time)

Also occasionally I'm 'allowed' to drive OH's Vauxhall Vectra Estate GSI, which is a bit rich seeing it wasn't him that paid for it
