Another fantastic day in the garden, the bird food is running low so will eventually have to hit up the shops. The flowers are coming in the garden and so are the insects...

Evening each, we ventured out to the bigger village to get a few essential supplies from the mini supermarket, first time in a couple of weeks. We have got a delivery slot from Tescos coming, but not until the 28th, so a few bits to keep us going till then. Managed to keep away from folk so hopefully we will not have to go again for another 4 weeks, which by then might mean some fresh salad crops from the greenhouse to supplement what ever is delivered.

A nip in the air but no frost . Sun is shining and its food shop day . The joy. Will deliver to the parents and come back to
Gardening of some sort.
I looked at the growings for full sun , runners would be ok there but may stick with annuals. May see if there are any plugs around eventually ,to help me along this yr.
My sp onions have germinated...whoop.

Pure luck got a slot for shopping at As**a for the 26th, so my neighbours and I are sorted for another week, yay. I haven't been in a supermarket for over 10years so I'm not about to start now unless we get desperate! Oh and Te**o can do one in future.

I managed to get a priority slot with Tesco, coming later, will be interested to see what substitutions there will be. Fingers crossed they have the chicken I ordered, I’m desperate for chicken curry!

Well done on your slots . OH succeeded pretty much in supermarket , somethings they didnt have . When he first went in there was no salad at all, not a tomato. Then a load of staff appeared to fill up. Managed to.get chicken too.
Also got me some garden mags . Lots of seeds.
Then went outside to play in the greenhouse , sowing seeds.
Pizza for tea, dogs need a walk first.
